The Science and Motion PuttLab system has been
developed in Germany by Dr Christian Marquardt and it analyses
and identifies 28 variables in the putting stroke which can lead
to improvements in the mechanics of the putting stroke.
Now
golfers will be able to have their putting stroke analysed at
the Perfectstroke base at Lakelands Golf Club on Queensland’s
Gold Coast. Perfectstroke Managing Director Mark Officer stated
that he was very excited about using the SAM system to help all
golfers ...
"We will be using the SAM analysis system
with all of the students in our golf instruction programs as
well as with the members of the club here at Lakelands and
in corporate days that are held here."
PuttLab
gives immediate and accurate feedback about what is happening
with the alignment of the putterface , the stroke path and
clubface control that is invaluable in helping you improve your
putting strokes. After analysis through this system we can then
provide you with the very best golf putting training aids to
ensure that the problems that you have in your stroke can be
worked on effectively.
Many golf pros are discovering that the
Perfectstroke Putting System provides the best teaching and
training tools for any putting stroke. The system includes the
Perfectstroke Putting Aid, the Perfectstroke Putting Mirror, the
Channel Mirror, Guideline Putting Laser and the Perfectstroke
Putting Line. Using these training aids ensures that the
putterface is aligned correctly which the SAM PuttLab system has
identified as the most important variable, that the stroke path
is on the correct path and plane and that all the other
components of an effective putting stroke are practiced
correctly.
“We know for certain that after we have
analysed a putting stroke using the SAM PuttLab that we will
be able to get the student to practice with one, or a
combination of, our golf putting aids to improve their
strokes. This includes problems with alignment, face
control, off centre hits, stroke path, length of stroke,
rise of putterhead, skid, eye position or whatever. This
means that the next session that the student has to analyse
the putting stroke using the SAM PuttLab, they are going to
see improvement. Combine improved mechanics in the stroke
with some speed drills on the practice putting green and you
see vastly improved results on the greens on the course”.
